ok. I have ate 3 full packets of biscuits in the last 2 days :( Ive just bought a dress in a size smaller than i actually am at the minute and told my husband it was only £20 when it really cost £120. I sometimes wake up sucking my thumb

I am 5'6 and i started at 190 lbs i am about 155-156 now. Feel free to add me :)

SO. At the minute im set at 1200 calories a day. I normally exercise between 400 - 500 per day. I generally eat around 1000 - 1300 calories per day. And i dont feel hungry at all. Im 5 foot 6 and 155 - 157 lbs. How many calories should i eat per day? Im easily confused today :)
