Returning to MFP again. My roller coaster ride has been flat after a long climb, I am trying to get it going back down. I purchased a blaze 3 weeks ago, this has greatly helped me to be more active. I am now looking to add a few friends.

That is just the code the polar sync using to input you activity. Weather you do yoga, cycle walk or run, your activity calorie will go into mfp as running 9 mph

Weight loss without strength training will result in muscle loss. I mix in strength training with my cardio. 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week, 3 of those day I mix in a little strength training to tone and maintain my muscle mass

Do what feels most comfortable to you. You can start with the machine and could always switch to dumbbells. I workout alone to and like to use dumbbells. I am taller than most people and find the machines limit my range my range of motion. As a beginner you will see results using either the machine or free wiehgts. I just…

I enjoy the Powerstike and Bodystrike videos.

Jessica smith has a few low impact DVD's. Jane Fonda ha her Prime time videos designed for seniors but I enjoy doing them because it is at a gentle pace and low impact. Finally biggest loser power walk was a good starting video for me
-
I have done this DVD and just like many of Jillian's DVDs there are lots of squats and lunges. The advantage of Chris' video is that you are moving at your own pace
-
I love powerstrike by Ilaria Montagnani. I burn about 13 calories per min in the high intensity low impact kickboxing video, I suggest 4 or 5. I also enjoy bodystrike which is all lower body
-
I love Cathe Friedrich's all-out low impact hiit dvd
-
Ultimate kettlebell for beginners by Paul Katami is a good starter
-
Biggest Loser power walk was my first video. It is also on YouTube but you may find it dull after doing 30 day shred

Try befit in 90. The whole program is on YouTube. Just google it for the calander. I consider my fitness level high intermediate and I really enjoy powerstrike4 & 5 plus bodystrike1. Also on YouTube. Anything by Jessica Smith and you can also find a few Bob Harper videos

You might want to look in to a Zumba or step class. Something that is going to keep you on you feet and not carrying weights
-
Use you hrm reading because those results are specific to you. The gym equipment just gives a result based on a person your size

I do pilates a couple if times a week for core strength and muscle building. I also do weight training and cardio. My highest per min calorie burn is from cardio because my heart rate is higher.

I own tapout but have not done it yet because it is above my current fitness level. I have watch the videos and they seem like fun. I hope to try it soon. I picked up my copy as a close out in target about a month ago for $40.

Take baby steps. I am sure it isn't ideal for you to use the crystal light with the artificial sweeteners and god knows how many more chemicals but if they help you kick soda it is a step in the right direction, as time goes just mix in more and more pure water. You can also try water infused with fruit or mint leaves.

The best program is one you feel you can live with. They all work but what works best for you. I am a weight watchers member. I joined weight watchers about 3 months ago. I joined to the meeting and not their point system. I have been on MFP 14 months an lost 80 pounds just tracking calories and logging. I have no desire…

You can get a fitbit anywhere try ****'s sporting goods or amazon. It does just give you a general burn for a person you size with you activity. For just about the same price you could get a body media band which will give you specific numbers based on your body

A quick google search helped me figure it out

Just installed the script and I feel like an idiot, I am getting point totals but can figure out how to actually edit the script for whole numbers only. The script is giving 6 less points than the ww app so I figured the fractions are what is throwing it off .

I am a DVD nut. I just fine it easier to stay committed.
