I do videos, my wife goes to the gym, we started out the same weight and so far we have both lost almost 75 pounds each

I constantly mix them up pulling them in and out of my rotation. It usually take me about 60 days to get tired of our. I usually do 5-6 workouts a week mixing up three dvds

I use them after strength training workouts. It is helping me recover from the workout and I am seeing it help in the muscle building. Plus it leave me feeling fuller for longer. I was a sceptic but I am sold now

I will reevaluate my goal weight as I near it and talk with my doctor about a healthy weight. My major point was that is was funny the comments were coming from people clearly over weight that had little intention of losing weight themselves. I was getting kind of the misery love company feeling.

I workout mostly at home. I usually do my workouts first thing in the morning before heading to work. I have almost 20 videos in my library I like to mix it up. I started mostly with the Biggest Loser Power Walk and The extreme makeover weight loss workout. I have done several Jillian titles and currently doing power 90.…

I use both and mix it up. My heart rate is higher when I do my kettlebell workouts plus I enjoy them more.

Spring is almost here, I am fighting the same battle missed my workout 2 days in a row due to illness. The way I look in the mirror makes getting motivated easier. Just push play!

Keep it up

I also started a week ago but I am mixing in other videos. I sent you invites to a couple of groups with other p90 users

I try to work out 5-6 days a week and I shoot for at least 30 mins. On days off I might shoot for 60. I started and stopped Jillian's body revolution but the main point I gained from it was to work different body parts on different day so I try to alternative strength training with pure cardio

I started out using the biggest loser power walk. It was low impact and it helped to get me off the couch and moving. I also like the extreme makeover weight loss edition the workout DVD. That one is on YouTube so you can watch it first before investing money

I am not really sure why you are stuck. Looking at your diet you have lots of healthy options and workout regular. I find I get my best results when I really control my sodium intake, eat 4-5 servings of veggies and mix up my workout routine.

My wife and I started this journey together and that is the biggest reason we are successful. I suggest telling him the reasons why you want to lose weight, tell him you want to live a long healthy life together, tell him that when you look in the mirror you what to be happy with what you see, then ask him for his help…
