  • I did the first C25 tonight. Was not easy for me, but will try to keep it up. I don't think I would know what to do with my self if I could actually run a 5k? A VERY slow jog in one minute intervals was not an easy task. Check in 1/20/10 Calories: 1130 but about heat up a 210 calorie meal. Exercise: 20min jog/walk - 60 min…
  • Thanks for the information! I never heard this before. I went to the website and it looks very doable. Im going to try my first set right now! Be back later with my check in!. Enjoy your evening ladies!
  • Evening ladies, Great Job everyone! keep up the good work, Yall are an inspirations! This is day 2 on my first trip back on the road since I started MFP. I travel for my job and when I am not home, I am usually gone 3 nights a week. I ensured I my hotel had a gym :) My only problem is trying to keep up with the calories. I…
  • Afternoon Ladies  Day 5 for me and going strong. Hope everyone is having a great Sunday! Llowry - I have done that before. I noticed early on anytime I changed my settings, the calorie recommedations take over. I alway have to make that my last change to keep it at 1200. Is this about the amount of calories everyone…
  • I am the same way. This is day 4 for me and I have a hard time staying below the 24g Sugar. I eat a lot of fruit and I think that is where it comes from so I don't pay it much attention. I love how it shows the break down though. I never tried to reach my daily vitamins or mineral recommendations. As well as the fat…

I will add to my summary from now on. Thanks for the heads up Proud: I worked out tonight! 35 min on Elliptical. Yay!

  • I just saw this thread and glad to hear you won't wast your money. Not that my opinion matters, but I had the same opinion. I purchased these online for my sister and I. We did not see ANY difference. We followed the directions as explained and didn't feel it was worth the cost.
  • Sounds like it's a great present to you both 34at35
  • Yes! This does help and does make a lot of sence considering how the body will metabolize the fruit/carbs/sugar. Thanks Tracy. Also 34at35. I just noticed your ticker 109 lbs! WTG! Amazing :)
  • This may be a dumb question, But as sgsnow states almost all of my sugar intake comes from fresh fruit. So I am in the same situation. I have cut out all 'sweets'. Since the recommendations for sugar intake is stated for "refined" sugar, should I not be too concerned if I go over with fruit?
  • Thanks! This will be the year for me!
  • Hello. It's 14 days late, but I will join you too :) I have not had a chance to read everyone's post in this thread, but what I have read is inspirational. My goal weight is 150 and I have a long way to go, but that can't discourage me. I I love this site! It's very helpful on my I-touch as well. So easy to add foods,…
