Thanks! good luck in the season coming, im too small to play rugby at the moment, not stock enough ( I would get snapped in half!), but i have signed up for the afl team because i like to run around! If you want strength and weight loss i would recommend a keto diet once every month for a week :-)

eat whatever you want aslong as it fits your macros and you have a calorie deficit. if you eat too much just do some exercise. its so simple.

i laugh when people ask this kind of thing (no offence) you could eat ice cream for 5 meals to make you daily IIFYM requirements. just eat to your daily goal with healthier foods if youre that concerned.
