Thanks everyone! Glad to see I'm doing exactly what the other success stories on here did for me: inspiring people! Yes! Calorie counting on MFP, and focusing on keeping within my macros, particularly the sugar, carbs and fat. As well as MFP, I also use Instragram to stay in touch with others who are trying to…

They're really inspiring me to continue my journey to become the better version of myself. :D Feel free to add me on here for motivational support, as long as you are willing to support me in return! Also if you have anymore questions I am happy to answer. :) Either message me…

Lol! I have a very active job because I work in retail. :) See my post above for more info! Thank you for your kind comments!

I work in retail so my job is pretty active! Probably why I am so easily able to get 13k steps. I also walk home from work (about a half hour walk) and I use public transport in the morning (which means walking to the bus stop). Taking the car is convenient but I deffo recommend taking public transport if you are unable to…

Apologies! Because it is my weightloss Instagram page, which I use to track my progress in collaboration with MFP, I thought it was okay to share this info with other users. I know for future reference. Is there anywhere I can publicly share my Instagram username for other MFP members? Or would it be preferred that I not?

Woop! Keep it up! 150lbs is one of my final goals too (dependant on fat percentage and muscle mass). I'm at 192lbs right now! :)

Entering Onederland before I go on holiday... next Tuesday!!! I'm 4 lbs away! EDIT: also to be considered overweight according to my bmi, rather than obese, for the first time since I was 7 years old! That's in about 7lbs. :)

Thank you all so much for your kind comments :) feeling inspired to carry on my journey and I'll be back with another update one day (I'm not really a big poster in the forums, even though I use MFP daily). I felt the same as you, and to me I don't see much of a difference. It wasn't until I tried this dress on again... in…

21. :D Also looking for friends to motivate myself and be motivated!

Congrats on graduating! I can't wait to graduate, but also super nervous about entering the real world. I don't find eating healthily to be hard on my pocket, so much as I find it to be time consuming. A healthy, nutritious meal, with all fresh ingredients, often takes time to prepare, in my opinion. Time which, as a…

Are you drinking enough? It's all very well focusing of food intake and calories, but you may be struggling because your water intake is too low. I found that's why I was always so lethargic - that and my choices of low nutritional value foods. I've learnt from my mistakes, and now I feel energized when I diet! Make sure…

Hi guys :D Thanks for the support, chasethehorizon. I've added you :)

Already added you, but I'm in it for the long haul and need lots of motivation for those bad days. I'm also a good motivator when I'm in the right frame of mind. I had a rocky period due to Uni exams but I'm back on track now! Anyone who feels same way as OP can add me also. :)
