Hi cynthia, I'd like to join please too. My starting weight is 323 and would love to get down to 250 but even if I make it to 280 I would be over the moon. I need to do this for health reasons obviously but also for my own self esteem.

Some good tips in there, especially the one about increasing your steps. I try and do that one when I can, e.g. not parking so close to the office and taking the stairs instead of the elevator. It all helps. Thanks for posting it :)
