  • I might be. I used to eat 20 apples per day because I really like eating them, and they are supposed to be healthy. In addition to a normal diet. So now the main thing I'm cutting is apples (I still get about 5 in per day though).

If you go above that, then it is also likely fine, but at least then the question makes sense. But I guess I will find out, I'm at 2 - 2.5 g per kilogram…
