I agree with this poster. Are you logging your foods accurately, eating proper portions sizes, etc? These could impact your weightloss. Also how often/long are you excercising?

I have this same issue. I usually just eat whatever I am craving... I just monitor the serviing size. If it is something that is high calorie or causes me to go way over then I just make sure I work out a little longer or do a more intense cardio routine.

I have gone a couple years at a time without a cycle. I had gone to doctors who did untrasounds and offered BC (which I declined), but never diagnosed me. I am now on metformin and have pretty regular cycles.

Congrats on your weight loss! I am getting in the same place now. My main issues has been with pants. I bought some really cute pants in March for my May 3rd birthday. By the time I put them on they fit like parachutes. I was happy and mad all at the same time...lol

I'm no expert, but it sounds like a combo of the PMS and old eating habits. If you are hungry then eat, just look for healthy alternatives to the bad stuff. Good luck to you!

I only count it when I am doing deep/spring cleaning. Normal everyday cleaning activity I don't count.

I would like to get rid of my "muffin tops" as well as tone up my arms. I really wish I had paid more attention to my arms in the beginning of my weightloss journey. Now I feel like I am playing catch up with them.

I like fat free or skim lactose free milk. I really never liked soy or almond milk and I can't stand full fat milk.

My goal is to work out at least 3-4 times per week. I work out at home for now, but I am thinking about joining a gym soon. I get bored very easily so I try to keep up the variety. Sometimes I eat all of them, sometimes I only eat a few. I always eat some of them tho. I have a friend that stopped eatting her exercise calories. She stopped losing weight, but when she started eating them again the weight starting coming off. I hope you find something that works for you. Have fun on your cruise too.
