  • I fill a 1 gallon jug up at night and let it get cold over night. I drink it throughout the day. Now i can drink about 1.5 gallons a day. It just depends on what I'm doing that day. I always make sure to drink at least 1 gallon a day.

  • Ferox?? My alliance would probably kick me out if they saw me in a Ferox. We go out in Battleships, Carriers, Dreadnoughts, and MOMS.

  • Yea, it's not for everyone. For the first couple of months it was boring because all I did was mine. Then I got picked up by a corp that got picked up by a OK alliance. That alliance fell apart. Now I'm in a bigger alliance. It's a lot more fun when you get to fight 2000 + people in one system. It's super slow though.

  • This place is great for keeping track on how many calories you eat. You'll like it here and the people are nice and will motivate you.
  • I'm 5'7" and started at 240 lbs. I'm now at 225 lbs and plan to get down to 180 lbs as well. What works for me is counting calories and lifting heavy. I do cardio but its not as important as lifting weights and counting calories. You should lift weights, its fine if you cant lift as much weight as the rest of the guys.
