I have that much to lose also! One thing that helped me stay on track was to actually WRITE down somewhere WHY you want to lose the weight. I have about 10 big reasons in my journal and I keep looking at those whenever I feel the need to cheat! :flowerforyou:

I agree with Elljay40.... I dont mind coloring a few grays on the head, but what the heck with the facial hair?? I have plucked a few out from my chin the last few months. I need some Nair for the Face or something!

I am 41 years old and have been on MyFitnessPal for 2 weeks and going strong! I had a girlfriend die last year from obesity-related heart disease and diabetes and that really affected me. Time to get this weight off for good!
