Yes! My first week I dropped 4.9 lbs and the scale stayed put the 2nd week. On week 2 for me I know I was retaining water (if you catch my drift) so I just stuck with it and I am hoping that next Friday I see another lb. or so gone. Keep at it!

I'm in! My weigh ins are Fridays too. Luckily we get an extra week in March to really see some results :smile: 3/1 - 197.5 3/8 - 3/15 - 3/22 - 3/29 - GW for this would be 189.5 I suppose Ultimate GW for me is 138

You are not alone...I feel the same guilt. I pretty consistently overindulged in wine mostly. Now that I track calories I definitely prefer to eat them over drinking them. But sometimes you have to let go and enjoy yourself or really what is it all for??? And I do try to make up for it in my activity/exercise. Enjoy…

I'm a newbie (2 weeks yesterday) and my stats are: 5'5" SW - 202.4 CW - 197.5 GW - 138 I'm in agreement with others though that the scale matters less and how I feel is what really matters. If I feel good that's what I want. A single digit size 8 wouldn't hurt though either :)
