Ok, so I shoot for 1650 per day. Now, when I filled in the form for the TDEE, I put in 45 minutes of exercise everyday. I need a rest day in there somewhere. Do I just try to eat a few less calories on days I don't workout?

I wouldn't care so much about the scale if my clothes were getting looser, but if anything, they got tighter, and I don't understand.

That's the thing, I don't even know if I actually 'lost' anything because my scale was bad. My kid is a GS and she sold a TON of cookies this year. Needless to say, we got stuck with a few boxes because we can't find the people that ordered them (and sadly, I think one person who ordered is losing their house). Plus my husband bought from others at work -- it's ok, they bought from us. lol We have LOTS of boxes…
