Honey, I break a sweat while I'm in the shower, so I feel your pain. I've been like that pretty much my whole life too. Like someone else said, some of us just sweat more than others.

Dr. Oz.

My 3 year old believes in the rock fairy. I don't know where she got that idea from, but she's convinced all she has to do to get new rocks is to leave ones she doesn't want under her pillow at night.

Looking over your diary, you're netting about 800 or so calories a day. I should be eating more anyway. If you are using the numbers MFP gives you, you should be eating your exercise calories back.
-
What is it that you do like?
-
If you don't like the exercise you're doing, it turns into work. No one likes that. Find something that you like and go with that. For example, I think walking/jogging is one of the most boring things on the planet, so I just don't do it. Instead I bounce around my living room doing zumba or hip hop abs. If the only cardio…

Get out of here with your magical logic crap!
-
You know, my comment to that is probably so far over the line that i'm looking at it from the other end. So i'll just leave it for someone who isn't as new around here as I am.

Because food. That's why.
-
Yeah, that's the stuff I do so I can eat more.
-
You sound fat.

The number was making me crazy! Every day, big fat red letters letters telling me i'm eating too much of something. I have low blood pressure, so a little too much salt isn't going to hurt me, but I still have a family to feed and they eat a lot of what I eat. I needed to at least have a round about figure of how much…

Of course it does!

I'm just glad to know EVERYONE doesn't get the same numbers, I guess. Even if the majority get the low calorie numbers.
-
And good thing too, because then there would be a million posts per day askign what is the best way to stay below 800 and my favorite "I'm supposed to eat 1200 cals a day, I burn 1199 doing insanity, do I have to eat those back?"
-
I love playing with the numbers. I'm losing a pound a week while still eating average 1900 a day. It just for some reason I was getting frustrated for others when I read threads like "1200 a day for 2 months. Starving. And no weight loss"
-
And MFP gave you 1500, you didn't change the number on your own? And just to clarify, i'm not asking for advise. I eat way more then 1200 a day. I just want to know if everyone gets the same numbers.
-
I eat about 1900 calories most days. MFP gave me the 1200 initially (which I didn't even need the road map thing to know I couldn't live with that), so I was just wondering if anyone, ever, gets a different number.

I'm not going to lie, a big part of my motivation to lose weight is that I would like to look good again.

Haven't you ever seen "My Cousin Vinny"?

He's a grown man, let him buy his own junk. Then it won't be yours to devour.
-
Stop buying junk.

I hate to be a buzzkill, but you didn't gain all your extra weight in two months, what makes you think you can lose it all in two months?

I had swiss steak. Take a top round steak and put in a slow cooker. Add some chopped onion, carrots, a can of tomato sauce and spices. Cook until done. Yumm!

OP hasn't hit a plateau. OP just started 3 weeks ago and is wondering why they have not lost any weight yet.
-
It took me almost 5 weeks before the scale started moving. Also, depending on your height and weight, 1200 calories may not be enough.

When I first got married, I couldn't cook very well. So, I had to learn how. Soups and stews are real easy to make, they are low in calories and tasty. THey do have quite a bit of sodium, so if you're watching salt, be careful. Easy chicken soup Take a big pot, put it on the stove, turn heat on to low-medium, add about a…

My 3 yer old dips her fries in the yogurt that comes with the fruit and walnut salads. The apple slices go in ketchup. We're all a like, apparently. :p
-
Fine, i'll give you that. But only because I like sweet and sour sauce on my biscuits.

Ok, I wasn't hating on nobody -- until I got to this post. Yuck!
