don't beat yourself up, we all have setbacks and disappointments, just remember that tomorrow is a new day and a chance to start again. try not to let other peoples emotional issues affect you too much, and I know that's easier said than done.

i've been having soup, i made a big pot and froze it in individual servings and i just pull one out of the frezzer in the morning for my lunch. if i forget or don't feel like soup, i make a wrap, i fill it with salad and lean meat. i would skip the breading on your chicken too

don't be hard on yourself, just keep up the exercise, i still have a long way to go, but i know that getting there at a steady pace is better for your body
