it was something other that just regular tae bo..i have done that as well a long time ago. it was tai bo but excellerated maybe?

I started drinking one cup of coffee in the morning with cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of sugar and now i go everyday. plus i drink 8 to 9 cups of water a day. hope this helps!

triggers are different for different people... i had mine out 3 years ago after my first child. mine is set off if i eat eggs at a resaurant but i can eat them at home...confusing....anything that is real greasy... i was told its called "dumping syndome" that is after its out anyway. i had gallstones. i know of a woman…

3 levels...i got it at walmart for 10 bucks..i really like it..its about 30 minutes long and you do each level for 10 days or untillyou are ready to move on.

sounds like your heart is doing something....if it were me i would definetly sit down for a few minutes ...im not an expert..but it doesnt sound safe.

i dont think there is anythingn wrong with you... i think that since you have seen some weight go you are starting to feel better about your self. i know i am and i have only lost 11 lbs.
