The first thing I would suggest is to quit eating white bread. Switch to wheat and whole grain everything; rice, pasta, bread, everything. Next, drink more water! Lots more. Eat more calories! You are not going to lose weight faster by eating less. Bad idea. Eat more more more! And not as much processed food! You'll feel…

They can fly?!? Ha sorry I had to! Maybe some aspercreme or a hot bath and kind of deep rub them while you're in there. Also, more light stretching.

I was just thinking how I would live some more friends, I think I might just go ahead and add you all...(ok 5 of you for now since they limit you!) But anyone (and please, everyone else!) Add me lol

You've got this!

You guys are really in trouble! :D Monday February the 14th: burned 887 calories through yoga and a cross trainer.

She's not being denied by the military. I used to have tricare (military insurance) and it was AMAZING! So I feel your pain, it was horrible to switch. Good luck :( sorry that's happening to you.

What is worse than people who think quick fix diets work, is people who constantly complain about their body but don't make any changes in their food or exercise regime. Drives me NUTS!

I noticed that you frequently go over your fat count for the day, you've gotta watch out for that! Try switching beef with turkey. Also I would suggest trying to eat more fresh fruits instead of dried, it'll be more filling among other things. Also, watch out for processed foods packed with preservative. If these chemicals…

I'm in! I've been averaging around 3500 so ill go 4000 also!

I agree, you are definitely not eating enough or the right things! You need more fruits and vegetables, less pre made meals. One suggestion I would make is to change your Greek yogurt. It's great for you, keep eating it! However, switch to plain Greek yogurt and add your own fresh strawberries. It'll be a lot better for…

Basic foods: tofu, low fat cheese, whole grain rice, black beans (really any beans but these are my favorite), vegetable stock, eggs Shopping list: uh same as above lol plus lots of fruit and vegetables (apples, strawberries, bananas, squash, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli) plus some smart brand stuff like veggie hot dogs,…

I'm a vegetarian too, I would recommend a cook book called the accidental vegetarian! Good luck!

You're going to still crave chocolate and you are going to be super hungry. Just be smart about what you eat! I've been going chocolate crazy but what saves me is putting it in in little portions! Like the cup cake, cut it into 2 or 3 pieces and put it in baggies, that way when you want some just eat one baggie of it…

Welcome! The site is a great tool to use! Feel free to add me :)

I'm not arguing against diet soda, I'm arguing against soda all together. And you realize there's such thing as a sugar addiction right? And soda might 'quench your thirst' but it in no way hydrates you. Either way, I don't drink soda at all, diet or regular. So to each their own.

The simple fact that Texas is NOT on there makes me think the list is made up lol

Like I said, deflecting because "well other stuff will kill you too!!!" hurry, take the spot light off yourself. I'm not saying I'm perfect but the difference is the things you listed have health BENEFITS also and 2 out of the 3 have healthier alternatives. Some of flouride is necessary but there are organic/baking soda…

I've come to notice that a lot of soda drinkers are like smokers; they know its bad for them but the enjoyment outweighs any health concern. They'd much rather deflect the negative attention onto some other unrelated issue. To each their own but in my opinion you're healthy BMI doesn't matter much when you're still putting…

I really appreciate the input from everyone! A lot of things suggested are things I do I just didn't think to mention! I do protein shakes with Greek yogurt a couple times a week, I always take one day off a week (more if I'm exhausted!), I definitely do weight training and resistance training (ive gotta keep up with the…

I NEVER go to bed hungry. I workout enough so that I have enough calories to spare for a late night snack if I have to have it. Then if I'm jot hungry its just extra calories burned going towards my goal
-
True! I switch it up between walking, running, bike, stair climbing, cross trainer, and - starting tomorrow - swimming. I rarely go over 30 minutes but I can't remember the last time I did less then 30 minutes

I normally do cardio 6 days a week and then yoga is 5 times a week but I don't make it to all of them. Does that answer your question? I'm not sure what exactly you meant. I'm a vegetarian, but I get a LOT of protein. Some days I'm even over my protein count.

I picked some up at Walmart today

Uh get the apple cinnamon ones, have a mouth-gasm and thank me later lol

I've read that running on the treadmill too much can kind of flatten it out, I forget why though. Anyway, *and not to toot my own horn* but I have a spectacular butt, I do lunges and squats. When you're doing squats sit back like you are going to sit in a chair and come back up. I use 2 3 lb weights and hold them out in…

I just want someone honest and loyal. Get me with your charm and stay true to me and that's all I need!
