I eat loads of frozen blueberries and fresh apples and steamed veggies. And turkey slices are good too. And bananas. I like the Nature Valley Granola Thins too. That said, invest in a measuring cups and spoons and things of that nature. It'll help loads.

If you can't go outside, then stay indoors and blast some music. It's what I do, and it helps me get at least another 30 minutes in. :) Good Luck!

I find that the easiest thing for me to do is to 1) eat a lot of little healthy snacks, and 2) I burn about 600-700 calories in exercise so that way I can eat more. :)
