Ive got a couple pairs of the Danskin work-out pants from Wal-Mart. I believe they're around $10-$12 dollars. Best things I've ever bought!

I've gotten one thing out of this 30 Day Shred so far... Jumping Jacks are the DEVIL! (The worst part of this whole thing for me is those stupid jumping jacks!). I'm also pretty lame at push-ups. But I always have been anyway. :) Day 5 tomorrow! :)

I started logging it as Calisthenics under Cardio. But was browsing through the other 30 Day Shred threads and found most people were logging it as Circuit Training under Cardio. So I switched to that instead. :)

Did Day 2 of the Shred today and I love it so far! MUCH better than Day 1 (I pretty much wanted to die the first day!)

Hello everyone! I'm 27 years old and looking to lose about 110lbs. I've already lost 21 but I've still got a long way to go! Makes me feel better to know I'm not alone in doing this!
