Usually a little below 600 on workdays. Weekends I sleep in so I'll have a couple cups of coffee around 10 am then eat lunch.

Great results! Nice work!

Very inspiring to me, thank you for posting and being so courageous.

Get it in when you can, I suppose....I've run around 3:30 am before...

Yes.

Small things like trident gum, 0 calorie water flavoring liquid, diet soda (I have a few a week,) the spoon of splenda in my coffee...I don't bother with it.

Once I do a morning workout, I don't regret it. There's something cool about running around at 4 am before the neighboorhood wakes up. Shaming myself out of bed early and dragging myself up and out is another matter....

If that burned calories, well....areas of the deep south wouldn't consistently have the heaviest people per capita (not knocking the south...I'm from there)

Oh snap! *puts away running shoes*

a 3-day "military diet" including saltines and ice cream for dinner. *seems legit*

My alarm goes off and I inwardly tell myself to suck it up and get up for about 5 minutes.... I hate waking up earlier than I know I have to, but I'm always glad later on. Still working on consistently listening to that little voice in my head telling me to move it. When I do run, it's at about 4 am...once I'm out there it…

When my face is beet red and my muscles are twitching.

Gained .4 this week. Bleh...to be fair I've been moving offices and staying late at work so haven't worked out at all this week....

Bread and butter.

I dig it, I bought it on a whim. I like that it can stand up to ingredients and not turn to mush...I can make a almond butter and jam sandwich the evening before and it's fine at lunch. I like the texture and taste too. Definitely buying again.

I started yesterday. I'm in. I never get past 5 days of workout 2.
