Third of a cup of each of the following: Porridge oats/oatmeal Low fat milk Water Frozen raspberries OR stewed rhubarb OR stewed apple with cinnamon Microwave for 2 minutes and sprinkle with a teaspoon of sweetener OR brown sugar OR honey. I have this with a 200ml glass of Trop50 for a total of about 200 - 240 calories.
