  • My ultimate goal by the end of the month is to do all three levels in one work out. Talk about intense. I just don't feel like 20 mins is going to give me the results I want to see, so I decided to take it one step further.
  • I did before shots. Its one thing to look in the mirror, but then when you see yourself in a picture its a completely different perspective. I just had a baby in January so I am definitely looking forward to having a more toned mid section.
  • I completely agree that day two seems to be the hardest! I am doing 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels (not as intense as P90X) and once I complete that I plan to graduate on to P90X. Once I complete the workout though I am eager to do it again the next day!
  • Starting my weight loss/fitness program this month after having a baby in January. Looking to loose 10 lbs during the month of March before I have to go back to work. I have done 30 day shred before but never made it past level 1. By joining this group I hope to stay on track and make it through all 30 days!!!
