  • Aw! I still want to be your friend. Have you looked into indoor workouts for variety? There are so many for free on youtube that you could use during your rains. I'm envious that you have weather. I use a running app called c25k to log my runs. I'd rather run in the rain than run in our harsh sun and heat. Welcome aboard!
  • Good for you! Make sure that you take measurements and take pictures along your journey. This will help inspire you even if the scale doesn't budge. Instead of losing weight, sometimes we lose inches. But this journey is all about what we can gain - good health, better mobility, and confidence.
