Mine is near the other creamers. in the refrigerated section. I get mine from my whole foods, sprouts or central market or target. I'm pretty sure they carry it at big box grocery like kroger. this might help http://sodeliciousdairyfree.com/store-finder

Coconut palm sugar. Low glycemic index. Anything all natural is better than artificial. If you like flavored creamers, I suggest coconut milk creamer, the SO vanilla is delish. A little goes a long way. uses cane sugar, not artificial for sweetener.

quest bars are the s×°t! They have low net carbs bc the fiber is so high, a great amount of protein, and it utilizes sugar alcohols so it won't spike your blood sugar levels. And they taste Yum!

welcome!! So I started exactly how you did on valentines of this year. Cept I needed to lose 40lbs (at least, that's the magic number in my head that I thought would make me happy) I did cardio for about 3 months before I started even thinking about weight training. I could barely handle a few flights of stairs :\ I lost…

measurements. Take them. Write them down. Take them again in a week or 2. Then you'll see the places its coming off of. Besides, if you're doing weight training in addition to cardio, you could be replacing fat with muscle. 1 pound of fat weighs the Same as a pound of muscle. But the fat takes up a hell of a lot less…

not gonna lie, if I could successfully pull off "eat whatever I want, but in smaller portions" I probably would. Hahaha! Planning is probably your best bet. I know its a pain in the *kitten*, but if you meal plan, you'll find it much easier to execute. Plus, looking for recipes on the web could find you some awesome foods…

A simple protein shake or bar would help. Not a sugary frou frou one but one that has a decent amt of fiber too. Quest bars are awesome, like 15 grams of fiber, uses sugar alcohol. Jay robb protein bars are good too but higher net carbs bc less fiber, utilizes stevia. What are you eating for breakfast? A simple but…

I personally drink jay robb strawberry or chocolate, or reserveage grass fed whey. My hubby does the isolyze chocolate. He likes it with milk, says it reminds him of a milkshake :) non of those have soy (hubby can't have peanuts, soy or corn... you can imagine how fun grocery shopping can be sometimes :P lol! ) I usually…

All nuts or just peanuts? (I ask bc peanuts are a legume, not a tree nut - we dont eat peanuts in my house either) So I had this problem for a little while bc I eat a higher fat and protein diet. Which if its all good fats, its usually not as high in calories, think coconut, nuts and avocados. But I just added an extra…
