I'm lucky if I even drink a cup of water a day. Never been a big drinker of any liquid my whole life. I have always eaten a lot of fruit and vegetables, so I am never dehydrated.

I make a smoothie every morning. I use berries or peach/mango/pineapple. My bf makes his with bananas, but i hate bananas. I add some Iogo probio yogurt and top it off with orange juice. Yum!

Congrats to you OP! I've also lost inches this week doing Jillian michaels 30 Day Shred. In 7 days I lost 4lbs and 2.5 inches over all. One inch on my natural waist, inch around my belly button and half an inch off my bust. I also stayed under my daily calories all week which is 1520. I'm 5'8 and 31 years old.

I'm also aiming for 160. I once was at this weight and felt good and didn't look skeletal. It all depends on your frame I think.

This happens to my sister-in-law. When she stopped eating wheat, it went away. When she has something with wheat in it, she blows up like she is pregnant. Read the book "Wheat Belly" it explains why we cannot properly digest the wheat that is grown today.

My fav is quinoa mixed with sautéed mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, and got cheese. Finally mix in some Greek dressing. Eat hot or cold. So yummy!
