I live in Bradenton florida ...just peaked at 195 . My average weight has been 140 so this is just not acceptable.. I bicycle, swim , walk and shoot hoops with my son..im 48 just remarried on 12/12/12 ...i'm as serious as serious about this changing of some life styles :)
