Finished up the week challenges - did 500 jumping jacks - weigh in still at 135

I have been a procrasinator this week - so far - I have gotten mon & tues done - I'll get wed & thurs done tonite - fri & sat done on Saturday and I'll get all the high knees done on Sunday - next week I will not be such a slacker!

I am new to My Fitness Pal and saw this suggestion - I love it! What a great idea. I have a terrible habit of snacking on whatever is handy - especially if it's chocolate or say a gummy bear LOL - but Salsa I love! :happy:

I am an Chalene addict - I have all the Turbo Jam everything and the Chalene Extreme - would love to have a workout group to keep me motivated - I am trying to figure out a balance on the Turbo Jam fire and the extreme workouts - I need the cardio and the strength training to - a schedule would be super awesome!! :smile:

Good Morning Kelley!! I am new here too - but same story, I have always struggled with weight and staying consistent and not go to extremes - eat everything - eat nothing - so I am hopeful this site will help me maintain some sense of balance and consistency :) 2012 is the year. Malinda
