I currently use a basis band (http://www.mybasis.com/), it's fairly discreet and seems to give consistent calorific readings, it doesn't sync with MFP so the only way you can find out if you've met your calorie target is by reviewing data the following day, you can check calories throughout the day directly on the watch so…
