I'm having the same issue with my twins who just turned 2 in July. As soon as we put them in big beds nap are few and far between. One of them is actually ok without nap but the other one ends up falling asleep on the couch while I am making supper and then won't eat because he is exhausted. Also bedtime used to be 7pm-7am…
