I wouldn't worry about +/- 2lbs, as that could be due to a lot of varrying reasons. However, if you think it comes from not eating properly on weekends then maybe that's what you should work on. Log things immediately after or even before you start eating them, and once you reach your calorie goals then don't eat any more.…
