Hi all, my name is Jada (23yo/5'2/160lbs/35.8% BF). I'm on my third week of T25 and I started my first day of the PUSH circuit (ChaLEAN Extreme) yesterday.

I'm not sure, but this is usually the case with me. If I limit my carbs and then abruptly eat more, I tend to vomit and feel sick. It happens like clockwork... I guess because my body isn't used to eating that amount of carbs, so I have to ease myself into it. I'm not sure, just my opinion.

I did a month of Chalean back in October/November and then I had surgery and recently got clearance to exercise and lift. I invested in select tech weights. I did ChaLEAN back in mid oct - mid nov. I only did the burn phase. I have to check my stats but I didn't lose much. However, I went from an 8/10 to a 4. I did 22 days of burn instead of 20. I eat low carb.

Mine are 5% carbs, 30% protein, 65% fat... though I try to get more fat, it's really difficult for me to keep my fat high while decreasing the protein. I'm never hungry on LCHF in general. I always have to make sure I eat multiple times throughout the day, especially since I'm doing Chalean Extreme, weights, and cardio…
