I am having the same problem as well... How many days should you increase your calories before dropping back down? 1? 2?

Why not try Special K bars? They are yummy, come in a bunch of different flavors, and are only 90 calories per bar... Drink a lot of water also! Keep doing what you're doing - stay active and be mindful of what you eat. in time, it WILL pay off :) Good luck!
