I burn 1,000 cals a day or more. I burn about 400cals/ workout. I use a heart rate monitor that tells me how many cals I burn. I do not have cheat days. Brown rice makes you feel more full just like the difference from eating white grains compare to whole grains tend to have more nutrients but makes you feel more full. I am sure the calories are about the same.

I have lost 10lb in 3wks and have an up coming weigh in this Thursday. Honestly after every workout I feel amazing. I am getting stronger. faster, and best of all happier.

It is also important that you get proper nutrition, you don't want bad cals. Try eating every 4hrs and drink 16oz water with your meals. I eat from 6am - 6pm and also cook all my meals and snack on oranges. Also if you do feel hungry try drinking water and wait 30mins if you still feel hungry eat.

Do you by any chance know how many cals you burn/ workout? My goal is to eat 1500 cals but last week I ate more than that and actually lost 3lbs that week.
