  • Drink a rediculous amount of water! Your body will love you for it! Eventually your body gets used to having a healthy amount of water :) you will do great! Also no snacking at night.
  • you'll loose it, just remember it takes time. have fun with exercising! and don't stress if have a bad day and miss your work out or eat over what you should, it happens! don't restrict your self too much, its not a diet its a lifestyle change
