These are my numbers from Insanity I am currently doing the 6th week: Plyometric Cardio 364 cals Pure Cardio 332 cals Power and Resistance 360 cals Max Interval circuit 487 cals Max interval Plyo 382 cals Max Cardio Conditioning 334 cals Hope that helps

I completed Insanity in Oct, just wore New Balance cross trainers $39.00 from Big 5 sports.Started with old running shoes but didn't have the support. Had feet and ankle pain, switch to cross training shoes and the pain went away.

26 years of USMC did the same to my eating speed, I now put down the fork or spoon after every bite. Helped slow me down hope that helps

I just finished a round of Insanity while trainning for a 12 k race. I have been eat a healthy menu and take a multi Vit every morning. I also take a few chewable Vit C morning and night. the only time my immune system seems to take a nose dive is when my refined sugar intake goes up. Make sure your eating a balanced menu…
