  • ^Ahh, breastfeeding my little man didn't go well(or didn't go at all). I exclusively pumped for 7 months but I had all but dried up by his 7th month so I can't use producing milk as a need to eat anymore. I may have eaten to much at supper but I'm done for the rest of the night. I think I did pretty good overall today! :)
  • I had my baby boy March 29th. I gained like 55 pounds during pregnancy(uggg really??!!) and I've lost 33 of it so far. 23 to get to pre-pregnancy weight. 33 to get to goal weight. It's been a lot harder to lose this than I thought. And I work full time which complicates things more... Today is my first day of being trying…
  • Ok I'm jumping in here!! Age: 30 Height: 5' 7" Pre-preggo: 150 Delivery: 206 Almost 8 months pp: 173 (33 lbs lost) Goal Weight: 140 It's so much harder getting this baby weight off than I anticipated. I'm trying. I hate dieting. It means being hungry and I don't like being hungry. :(
  • Thanks for the tip! Still finding my way around here. ;)
  • I really hate counting calories. I'm trying today but it's hard. And I do a lot of homemade meals/snacks and I don't really have the time to sit down and figure out the calories so there will be lots of "guesstimating". I managed to walk a little over a mile this morning right now I'm happy with that.
  • I'm 5' 7" and was 150 pre-pregnancy. I thought I was fat and now that I'm 173(I was around 205 at the end of my pregnancy) I realize that I was actually skinny. I'm goal is to get back to 150 and I'll be happy. Back to 140(what I weight when I got married) and I'll be estatic!! ETA: I loved it when I was 135 but I was in…
  • I'm reading some about calories and I'm wondering where I should be at. I'm 5' 7'', 30 years old and weigh 174 pounds. And I have a office job where I sit on my butt all day(yeah it stinks). I'm thinking 1500-1800 because I've done 1200 before and it's just not for me....
