In my experience (personally and from talking to others) people who constantly criticize their partner/child/whatever's appearance and make up or exaggerate flaws to make comments about tend to be abusive or at least *kitten* in other ways as well, so like everyone else has said- get out while you can

That's not a realistic amount of weight to try lose in that short amount of time, trying to force yourself to lose weight so fast will only make you develop unhealthy eating habits and obsessions, and lower your self esteem.

If that first part is true, that's an extremely unhealthy amount of calories to be burning a day and a dangerously low intake, I'd like to see a source for that? Those people wouldn't be able to function on that intake let alone exercise that much without passing out. And losing weight slowly most definitely will not harm…

You can get teabags which just contain a small amount of dried fruit, I've tried the apple ones and they were good. I use this stuff: http://www.hansells.com/ourfoods/browseourrange/ThrifteeHansells.aspx but it does have artificial sweeteners in it.

Yeah exactly Laurel, I eat them one after the other like candy when they're dried, but I wouldn't eat 10 or 20 fresh apricots all at once. Fresh apricots and other stone fruits are in season here anyway so I've been buying them instead.

Omg the amount of dried apricots is so small, that sucks I love those things and usually eat a whole bag at once. :(
