  • You have done so well I am the same as you I have three boys and I would love to be much more involved in their lives in their activities. I do scottish slimmers and yesterday I lost 5 pounds which I'm really glad about its just keeping on going but I just hope and pray I can... :happy:

  • Hi there here I am again starting the journey once more. I really want to lose 3 1/2 stone not that will make me at target but it would make me feel a massive bit better. Following Scottish Slimmers so hopefully MFP will help with it as well... Just wondered if anyone else was following scottish slimmers...lins x
