1. Run a 10k 2. Do a one-handed push-up 3. Do 5 pull-ups 4. Climb a mountain (maybe 4 hrs up and 4 hrs down, as far as scale goes--not Kilimanjaro!)

I think heavy flirting is a good thing... when I do it with my husband. I would never intentionally flirt with another man because I respect my husband too much and he is the jealous type anyway.

I really don't think 20 should be the cut-off. Seriously? I'm 23 and in college. If I dressed the way you described, well... *shudders* I want to look my age, and I refuse to give up my Hello Kitty until I'm 30. Maybe if I land a professional job after college I'll consider dressing sharper, but cheap and fashionable just…

It certainly seems like that unhealthy food is cheaper at first, but after eating cleaner for a few months, I know that eating healthy is actually cheaper and has been saving my husband and I some serious money! We can go to Wendy's and each get a single meal for $15, or we can go to the grocery store and get food for 2 or…

Brown rice, lentils, and oats stay stocked. Canned tuna Frozen veggies Eggs, frozen bags of fish and chicken when we find a great deal and can afford them (rarely) Otherwise, mostly fresh produce, whatever is cheap/in season/on sale, mostly: Celery Bananas Cucumbers Spinach Green Onions My husband and I spend $60 or less…

More twins! Y'all are where I started. Height: 5'2.5" SW: 132 CW: 114 GW: Whatever I weigh when I finally reach 20% body fat. Current BF: ~23%

Wow. I can't believe people give me hard time now. I always have my two (medium) cups when I first wake up, and I usually only have more on Fridays when I get Starbucks at work or when my husband steals a cup. Our lil pot only makes two cups at a time. :grumble: I end up making a second pot and drink 3 total on those days.

You're not even supposed to wash your hair every day anyway, much less twice. You should consider getting your work-outs rolled into one, and then you'd only have to take one shower. Dry shampoo is an alternative if you think it needs to be washed a second time from the sweat. I would not continue washing my hair twice a…

You and me both! I'm between a 32A and a 32B. (I think a 30C technically, but who the heck even makes those?) I work at Target, and we just started carrying a few of our size in Exhilaration brand, but it sucks to know we could buy bras in the little girls department. Nothing worse than having to help a 12 yr old…

I tried to do 3 sets of this but ended up only doing 2: 25 Jumping Jacks 20 Crunches 15 Push-ups 20 Walking Lunges 30 secs Plank 10 Dips 15 Squats

Good luck with the stroller! I hope they love it. Your cats are super adorable, btw. I'm glad my cat isn't the biggest one here at 14 lbs, and I'm hoping she lives to be 13 like yours OP. Alastor Moody (my cat) used to be an indoor/outdoor, but since I moved to a busier neighborhood she is strictly indoors. While she wants…

Hi all! My name is Che. My goal for Halloween is to get down to 20% body fat. I've been eating clean and higher protein for awhile now, but I've been struggling with the strength training I need to do. I'm really going to try and commit to it. Halloween costume will probably be my work uniform, since it's a big holiday for…

There's nothing wrong with going over occasionally. The point is not to go over all the time. Plus your calorie goal, if you're using MFP's suggestion, is a deficit anyway. You probably only ate what would sustain your current weight rather than losing. 400 calories is barely a TENTH of a pound. (1 lb=3500 calories) Wake…

Yes! Seriously people... I would never take advantage of my husband like that. The few times he has turned me down, I leave him alone, because "no" means no, whether I say it or he says it.

Some of us were born with names that suck! Moreover, I think girls (at least here in "The South") grow up expecting their name to change. When I had a crush--from elementary school to high school--I'd doodle my "married" name all over my notebooks. I've dreamed of erasing my last name and the curse that came with it since…

^This. I feel like guys don't understand this because they never have to change theirs, but all the paperwork and bureaucracy is beyond annoying. My married name is way easier than my maiden name, so if anything happened, I'm keeping it. And if any guy comes along later and doesn't like it, then his lack of understanding…

5'2.5" ~114 lbs I aim for 1800 a day to maintain my weight, but usually end up around 1650. If I actually exercise, I eat half of those calories back, since I'm sure MFP overestimates. I've been maintaining my weight for over half a year now.

I only say something if they are trying to get healthier and only eat so little out of ignorance. If they continue to degrade their bodies after they know better, then I delete them from my friends list. They could have their reasons though. Maybe they are bad about only logging the beginning of their day or are under a…

Ohmigosh that's awesome! My cat is Alastor Moody. I will have to try obscure Tolkien names for my next pet.

I'm super nerdy/geeky. Well, mostly a bookworm, as I'm an avid reader of fiction and fanfiction and also write. I do love anime, Star Wars, Harry Potter, anything Tolkien related, DnD, sci-fi/fantasy, techno music (not "dubstep!"), and I'm sure there's more. :embarassed: I think the only geeky thing I'm not into is video…

I make chicken noodle soup all the time! 8-10 oz chicken 1 bundle green onions 1 can low sodium chicken broth 3 cups water 1/2 cup pasta 2 cups spinach I season with only black pepper and garlic powder. It's 3g fat and 30g protein per bowl. (Makes 2 big bowls.) It's also really great with some shredded cheese mixed in, if…

Nothing. Lol. I'm lucky enough to have a husband who has a perfect V. A very lucky ducky indeed.

Sagging =/= Sexy. Showing off a deep-cut "V" = Very sexy *drools*

^This. If you're really wanting to up your weight loss, check out all the threads about eating more. It worked for me too. I started out eating 1200/day and very slowly lost 10 lbs. Only when I reset to maintenance mode and started eating more did I quickly lose the last 10 lbs. It may sound scary, but it's worth a try to…

You are so inspiring! I wanna look like you when I get that age.

Fruits are high in sugar and carbs because of their natural sweetness. Yes, it's okay to eat them, though it is mostly recommended to have no more than two servings. (I assume because of the high sugar.) However, fruit is natural, and carbs are not the devil. If you want to have your fruit and eat it too, try berries or…

It's possible to have kids. PCOS runs in the family, and all the women who have it have had children (without fertility treatments). I truly believe that anything is possible, no matter what the doctors may tell you.

I can't hardly pick up any food and put it in my mouth without reading the nutrition label first. It's getting myself to care about what that label says that's the issue. It has to be pretty scary to keep me from eating something once I've made up my mind to eat it.

I think hiking is perfect for fall. It's free, and it really gets your heart rate up. Even though I can't stand the cold, I find it easy to hike in relatively cold weather thanks to layering. As for winter though, I'll be honest... I get bored too, and nothing indoors can keep me interested long enough to burn calories. I…

I'm 5'2.5" and been maintaining at 115 for almost half a year now. Those last 5 lbs are killer. I only got to see 115 because I gave up and got stuck at 120 and set to maintenance mode. Then the last 5 lbs fell off. (I make it sound easy, but I wasn't trying nearly as hard.) Even at this little weight, my lower stomach is…
