Kristen Bell. I think I'd like a little more definition, but she still looks soft and curvy while being small and toned. ^-^

That sounds too good to be true. =D I bet the atmosphere was fantastic. I can totally picture it.

I HATE concerts because of all the people I have to be around to experience one. Anyways, Muse in 2004 at the Curiosa Festival. They were better than The Cure for sure. That concert will stick with me for life.

I cook dinner about twice a week (on my days off). The rest of the time we're on our own. Hubby is a manager at a fast food restaurant and gets free food. :grumble: So when I cook, I make it as full of veggies and nutrients as possible. Since we always work opposite shifts, we both just assume we're fending for ourselves.…

Yes, seriously! When your body fat percentage is really high, you lose the extra fat around your organs first apparently. So keep at it ladies!

My best friend has about 150 lbs to lose (only 75 left-woot!) and she was not fitting in smaller sizes. She had a scan done, and it turns out she had been losing fat around her organs! Your insides could be looking much prettier before you start losing external fat. Just a thought.

Dress sizes seem to change the quickest, as opposed to jean or shirt sizes. Depending on your shape, you'd have to lose more weight to see results on your upper or lower half. I've lost about 18 lbs total and went down about 2 dress sizes. As a pear shape, on the other hand, my jean size just now went down one. *shrugs*…

91 years  Awesome! Does everyone have different modifiable risk factors? It said mine was diet. (I was hoping it would say exercise so I have more reason to do it.)

Around 115 when I graduated. Got up to 132 in college and am now back down to 115. Hoping I won't gain weight again when I finally go back to college this fall. I'm amazed at how tiny some people were! I'm only 5'2.5", so 115 looked just healthy on me.

Thank you for sharing this with people who are too scared to try eating more! It works great for those last few pounds too.

I love that show! It'd be nice to see them go after bigger fish, but with a family their size, I certainly can't blame them for playing it safe.

Y'all are such a beautiful couple. Congrats to you both! :flowerforyou:

My cat is obese, so I don't let her eat any human food. I'm about to start portioning her food out in hopes that she'll lose some weight. (Any ideas on how to get a lazy indoor cat to exercise?) She sniffs other peoples' food at most, but she knows not to even try me. Even better, she never begs. One time, though,…

All of the weight loss was from diet (eating more). However, exercise has helped my fitness level and body fat %. I'm at a great weight, but it looks like it's all exercise for me from here on out to get in the shape I want to be.

My stomach hurts looking through your diary. Aren't you hungry? I didn't see any exercise logged either. Eat better and exercise more. Definitely agree with Taylerr88: you need more protein!

I pretty much only eat low to moderate GI foods every day. (Hubby's spaghetti is the only exception I can think of.) I have noticed that my energy levels are more consistent. Before, I would have crashes, and my blood sugar would get so low I'd be shaking and light-headed. The more I eat lower GI foods, the less hunger…

Wow, that job was crazy! You only get married (ideally) once in your life people. Sheesh. It's so sweet when high school sweethearts get and stay married. Congrats to you two. :flowerforyou:

Oh cool! I didn't know fall weddings were so popular til I had one. (Well, we didn't have a wedding really. We ran off to Vegas.) September 21st though, on his 24th birthday. My mom just got married for the third time two weeks before us. I'm not sure of the exact day, but closer to your own anniversary than mine.…

Married since this September. Still newlywed and madly in love. We dated for a year and a half, and May will be two years together. We met each other back in high school when he dated my twin sister. He couldn't date both of us and not pay for it (marriage).

I know this isn't exactly for me, but I've been hoping that my transition to healthy(er) eating would rub off on my husband. He used to drink about 2 12-packs of Vanilla Coke a week, if not more. Around New Year's I bought him a Camelbak so he would stop using mine. He drinks water now when he -never- did before. One of…

Shake up your work out routine and start eating back at least half of your exercise calories. Eating only 1400 calories is tough, and if you're exercising those off then you're making body think it's starving. You don't have to eat all of it, just try to NET 1200 calories. Eating more helped me lose the last few pounds…

My sister and I have been vegetarians off-and-on, and I know that a major concern is protein intake. Not getting enough protein can lead to muscle loss and cause many different health issues. You should aim to eat 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass. I'm not sure how critical fat is though, but nuts and eggs are a…

Our jeans go up to a 17 in juniors and 18 in womens. We also have a few plus size jeans, just not very much to choose from and they don't have specific fits.

I work at Target. I know our sizes run a bit small (to me it seems), but I love our jean "system" for the "Fit 4". Jeans tailored for curvy women and in small sizes are hard to find. Any other place I have to get a pair several sizes too big just to get them past my big butt. I will say that there are usually only…

I weigh in once a week, but sometimes I wait until the next week. So, about two or three times a month. Any more than that seems excessive and I start to obsess.

According to the link someone posted, I'm a 30C. I doubt I'll ever find a bra that size. Never even seen a 30, except a 30A in the girls section. I feel better now, since I was told I'm a 32B but usually wear a 34A for comfort. Looks like I have more than I thought I did.
