Looks great! I am curious. I drink a special K protein shake for breakfast every morning. This counts for the challenge right? I will do an actually breakfast recipe one morning but this as been a huge hand in the success of my weight loss and I don't want to change that up.

Never been so frustrated and so happy at the same time. I had a gain today BUT my body fat has dropped again! So I have to be gaining muscle mass. I am down to 89 lbs fat. Still makes me sad to not have a loss on the scale.

So I did my 8+ glasses of water. I worked out. I ate fish. I posted a recipe. All I have is squats and I am dragging my feet to go do it. I get no burn from it. I agree on evictions but only to a "home team" that maybe you could add to the spreadsheet. Then have a winner from this group. I also agree someone who has been inactive for a set period should be moved to the "home team". They will still get support and still get to be involved but we still can get an ultimate winner.
