I love hummus and recently made my own. Easier to control the calories since others seem loaded with oil. I don't cook and this was super simple to make!

We tried the skinnylicious menu last week. I enjoyed it. I was even satisfied enough that for the first time I went to the cheesecake factory and didn't eat cheesecake!

I don't find anything wrong with this. If you want something just have it or you will eat much more trying to satisfy yourself. That being said, if I really wanted McDonald's I would get it but probably stick with the dollar fry. Best of luck to you!

Maybe try eating more of your calories. You seem to be hovering around eating 1200 or so but you're gaining alot from exercise. Also, you could try to cut some sodium. Best of luck to you and please let us know what works for you.

I just started a month ago. Like many, I "started" on January 1st, but when I really started a month ago I was up about 5 lbs from 1/1! Yikes! I love the calorie tracker.
