I started a class last week and so far, I love it! I honestly thought it wouldn't be too hard, but boy, was I wrong!! I was so sore the next day. I do feel that I need to stretch more than what's done with the class though. I'm looking forward to my next class!

I have the same problem! I have no motivation. My friend and I started going to water aerobics last week! It is awesome!!! It's 2x a week and the other days we can go and do laps if we wish.

I crave sweets sometimes and was told that macadamia nuts would help satisfy that need. I tried it and it works! You don't need alot. I also heard that if you put them in the freezer you can sort of suck on them for a while. I haven't tried that one yet, but plan to. Good luck with the choco cravings!

I have IBS and was having attacks after nearly every meal. I have cut way back on my carb intake and have noticed a huge difference in the attacks that I have. I'm no doctor, nor am I a dietitian, but I have to believe there is some correlation between the two. Cutting the carbs isn't as hard as it may sound, either. Good…

I try to hit up the goodwill once a week or so. I can't believe all the great finds there. Ann Taylor, Banana Republic...all things that I could never wear before. Most pants are 5 or less.
