  • @ColeyCannoli You really don't need carbohydrates to live. It might be a more comfortable life with them, but they are not a necessity. Please don't tell people the wrong information that you might have heard from biochem a semester ago.
  • Your body just knows that carbs are carbs and will use them all the same. Fruits and vegetables have carbs, you might not eat as many carbs as normal but you will still be getting them. Fun fact: a large apple has as many carbs and calories as a can of pop. GG
  • It is because people do not make lifestyle changes, they just go on diets. Losing weight, keeping it off, and staying health is a long term lifestyle; I suggest making small changes until you get to where you want to be.
  • So many people give out percentages of what macros you need, but your body doesn't have a calculator making sure you get the perfect percentage of each macros for your goals.   • Determining what your macronutrient needs are based on percentages is a terrible idea. Find out how much of each you need according to what your personal goals are. Oh and by the way, if you are a sedentary person then you do not need carbohydrates.
