I hated it too and, believe me, I tried a bunch of different kinds. I finally found one I can tolerate, though. Dannon Lite & Fit Greek in vanilla is pretty good. I have it with blackberries for breakfast or when I'm craving something sweet. It doesn't leave your mouth feeling dry and chalky like the other ones I've tried…

I've tried just about every one in the grocery store, but just couldn't like any of them till I found Dannon Light & Fit Greek. I like the vanilla (haven't tried the other flavors). It doesn't have that chalky aftertaste that some Greek yogurts have and all the macros are pretty comparable to the others.

I started out just walking and trying to increase my speed, miles, etc. Fortunately, I love being outside in the fresh air and sunshine so it wasn't too hard to get my butt out there and do it in the beginning.

I've tried the C25k phone app, but I had better success with the Run Fat B!tch, Run method. There is a really funny book out there called "Run Fat B!tch Run" by a Brittish author named Ruth Fields that got me running/jogging.

Stretch marks suck, that's for sure. But, they will fade in time. There are some great make ups out there for people with birth marks, etc. that I'm sure would work for your stretch marks. You're looking great BTW!
