  • I came across a recent post about a keto hot chocolate - 3/4 c water (heated), add a tbls of unsweetened cocoa, a couple squeezes of liquid sweetener of choice, & 2 tbls heavy cream (mixed in last). I then added a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. It was so good. So, now this is my bedtime treat.
  • Sassislim - It looks like you've got a good plan in place. I know people say we are human and only live once, which is true - however, you're feeling good with where you are and how you've eaten and exercised the past 30 days, so just remember that. Do something active everyday, eat and or/drink, but don't over -indulge at…

  • Great job! You look awesome.
  • I myself am a Type 1 diabetic - 20 years now. I used the traditional ADA system for 15 years and LOTS of insulin and ended up developing insulin resistance, which made me have more issues. Ever since I turned to a low carb and keto approach, I'v e lost over 100 lbs, have more energy than ever, and my diabetes has been the…
  • I'm in! I want to get 10 pounds off for September, like alot of other posters here. Here's to sticking to extended induction, getting in every workout, drinking lots of water, and getting back on the scale on October 1st.
  • So far, so good. Although I'm upping my fat a hair, I've still got quite the appetite. I think it's just because I've eaten the 6 meals a day style for so long, my body has grown accustomed to eating every so often. But, sticking to it.
  • Sounds like a great challenge! I'm in.
  • Both recipe pages look divine. Thanks for sharing.
  • Thanks for the fast acceptance. Looks like it's already growing.
