Swam a 2000 today with my swim group. Intervals, drills, and even a little water polo:wink:

There is nothing wrong with stopping way to much. You will build stamina with practice. Better to stop and rest than keep swimming and get sloppy with your new stroke techniques. Kicking can seem very slow. Keep going. You will be amazed at how quickly you will advance

Sounds like a good workout. I outdoor like to try it. We did the three strokes 6 kicks and sailboats today.

Great morning swim. My group disbanded for summer so we are now back with our coach. Drills, stroke development, breathing exercises, and cross training. Very fun!

I'm confused. Isn't 63 minutes faster than 75 minutes?
