ive been on adderall for over a year. i personally prefer it over vyvanse, but to each his own. i was prescribed to take it twice a day, but i find taking one 10mg/day in the morning works best for me. without it, im a mess and wouldnt get anything done..which would inadvertently cause extreme anxiety all around. bills…

def the white chocolate mac nut and chocolate chip are my two favorites. theyre more of a treat for me when i have extra calories to eat, or i eat it when i need a pick me up. i try not to eat too many of them, since they whop in at around 40+ carbs and 7g of fat.. but still soooo good!

i have read a million times how a cheat day a week can trick the body to seem its not in starvation mode. i did the same yesterday, ate close to 1900 cals (extra ice cream + salty pretzels +etc) from my usual 1200, and viola! i lost a 1lb. so go figure?

the only thing i can see that could hinder your loss is the many hot dogs you eat. SALT SALT SALT. change it up to something else? otherwise, youre eating pretty healthy, but maybe switch around your foods a bit? keep at it and dont get discouraged!! youre doing great.

i have the nutribullet. its great for what it does without spending huge $$$, but its kinda loud...and if you like to use ice with it...its even louder.
