Good luck rorymason! I will have a similar issue with drinking water! I set myself challenges to drink a certain amount each day and so far don't stick to it! we can all support each other! :happy:

Yes January seems to be the time people would start again! I also have bought my dress (due to the shop having a sale) though not had any proper fittings yet but intend to be down to a good size before my first fitting. We can all do it!

Hi I work in a costa and generally all stores will use full fat milk unless you ask otherwise. Normally Costa don't do semi milk as a rule unless they buy it in specifically.

hi also 5ft 5 and from uk. Previously was on 1200 cals/day but in the stressful environment i worked it was always feeling dizzy and lightheaded but changed my goals and now on 1550 cals/day and works so much better. Feel free to add me and keep each other motivated :smile:

this past week or so i have found that i have been craving anything that is sweet, not good. i had a little find when went to the shop and found snack a jacks chocolate chip. They are amazing! Each large cake has 62cals and the advantage is the rice in them keeps you full up for so much longer to.

every other day is better as it will give your muscles time to recover. Also your muscles continue their burn after you finish working out and can sometimes last 24 hours after

unfortunately failed on all challenges yesterday (tuesday):blushing: shameful start i no But the rest of the week will be much better

Start weight is 155.5. Same as it has been for last 2 weeks :grumble: but this challenge should hopefully get it kick started again, thank you

hi and welcome :) yes it should work as long as you stick to the targets it gives you. i have seen on here many people that have lost large amounts. I have lost 12.5 lbs since being on here and theres many tips and advice on the message boards good luck

thats a good idea with the meals and using them for lunch the next day will definatly try that and keep my fingers crossed it will give me a kick start again

i no those few days were the worst all because of mcdonalds :ohwell: never quite realised how many calories and things were in those until i started doing this! I have also found it very hard to try to make meals that are low fat and calories but think this may be a learning curve really. Must set myself challenges to…
