For me there are 2 thingsβ¦. First going clothes shopping and finding I am almost 2 sizes smaller. Not long until the next size will fit comfortably. Second is no longer getting pins and needles in my feet and hands not swelling up when doing long walks

I'll join in! I had a turning point that put me on this journey. I always remember as a child my mum being a very large lady and going clothes shopping with her, I always said to myself I would never be that size. Needed to buy some new clothes and was having to pick the clothes one size down from what I remember herβ¦
